The Branch is holding Recruitment stands across the County at the following locations between 11:30am and 2pm on Thursday 14th March 2013 to recruit new members and raise the profile of the branch;  

• County Hall in the Atrium
• Shurnhold in the Canteen
• Bourne Hill in Main Reception
• Monkton Park Outside the Canteen

As part of the recruitment drive there is a Prize Draw for new members who join UNISON and exisitng members who recruit mew members during the month of March.

The prizes include:

• an Ipad
• Croyde Bay Holiday
• Cooperative vouchers

As well as the prize draw the recruitment stands are a chance for existing members and those considering joining UNISON to meet Branch Officers, Stewards, Branch Staff and Regional Staff to ask questions, raise concerns, learn more about the union or have a general chat. The stands will have information about the union as well as freebies so come along and bring a friend.

Attached is a consultation document relating to our pay claim 2013-14, the branch has been asked to consult informally with members and to respond to our regional colleagues by the 14 September.

As time is short please read the consultation document and then vote using the attached ballot paper, ensuring your ballor is returned to the branch office by Noon on Wednesday 12 September.
